Procedure:

• Applicant may pick the prescribed Form No 2 from the in house bank for free.
• The application / request should be accompanied with four identical Representations of the Designs.
• Application fee - GH 15.00 cedi.
• Registration Certificate - GH 15.00 cedi.
• 1st Renewal after 5 years - GH 30.00 cedi.
• Last Renewal after 5 years
• Applicant can collect Certificate of registration within 3-5 months.
